Where are you located?

We are located in Tallahassee, FL.

Do you ship your cookies?

Unfortunately, due to Florida's cottage food laws, we are unable to ship our cookies at this time.

Do your cookies contain nuts?

Our cookies do not contain nut products. However, we recommend that those with nut allergies not eat our cookies as they are produced using equipment that may have previously come in contact with nut products.

Do your cookies contain any allergens?

Yes. Our cookies contain wheat, eggs, and milk.

How much do you charge for your cookies? 

Pricing of our cookies varies based on size, quantity, and design. Our pricing guide is posted on our website for reference, but please send us an email  at cottontailcookies@gmail.com to get a specific quote.

Is there a minimum number of cookies per order?

Yes, there is a minimum of 2 dozen cookies per order. Limited exceptions apply, such as for sorority/fraternity cookies which may be ordered as a single dozen.

Do you put any preservatives in your cookies?

No. All our cookies are baked fresh to order!

How far ahead of my event should I contact you to order cookies?

For the best chance of availability, please contact us as soon as you know you will want cookies for a particular event or date. Our calendar has limited openings and they tend to book up over a month in advance. 

 

Help! I need cookies quickly!

We bake all our cookies fresh to order (so we do not keep any inventory) and a typical order takes about 4 days to complete. If you need cookies on an urgent timeline, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen! Rush order charges may apply.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle.

When is payment due for my order?

We require payment prior to the production of your order. An order is not considered complete until payment has been made.

How much are DIY cookie kits?

Each kit is $25

​

Do you deliver?

Yes! We can deliver in-town in Tallahassee for an additional fee

How many cookies come in a DIY kit?

Each kit contains 12 cookies, icing, and sprinkles

Where is cookie pickup?

Pickups are at the Planet Fitness parking lot at the corner of Apalachee Pkwy and Capital Cir. Address is 1212 Capital Cir SE Unit C
